Dr. Mbong, owner of Radiance Physical Therapy, is a doctor of physical therapy specializing in orthopedics, pelvic, and obstetric health of all women in addition to supporting women as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach. As a busy mom of 3, a runner, CrossFit athlete, she understands the demands that modern women face when it comes to staying active, being present with family, and managing a full schedule without burnout!
