Join Dr. Rachel and Sarah Parise for a night of learning to take better care of yourself! We’ll spend time chatting about pelvic floor health and go through a short power yoga flow to support the pelvic floor.
Dr. Rachel, Pelvic Health Physical Therapist and HER Expert, will host a Q+A on anything you’ve ever wanted to know about your pelvic floor! No question is TMI so no topic is off-limits. We’ll have wine and a lot of fun!
Then Sarah Parise, Wellness Specialist for Moms, Certified Yoga Instructor & ACE Certified Personal Trainer with 19+ years in the wellness space but above all, Mama of 2, HER Member & Expert, will lead a short power yoga flow while addressing your pelvic floor (no experience necessary!).
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. If you don’t have a mat, let Sarah know and she’ll bring you one 🙂
Optional: Bring a snack to share. Dr. Rachel will be bringing some wine for our evening together! Please keep RSVP current
