HER Circle members: Join your mom friends for an Ask Anything Expert Q&A w/ Dr. Rachel J, Pelvic Health Physical Therapist.
Dr. Rachel will cover everything you’ve wanted to know about your pelvic floor. No question is off-limits and there will be a way to submit questions anonymously, so no need to feel shy!
Dr. Rachel will provide the vino for our night of fun and learning. Feel free to bring a snack to share if you’d like.
This event will take place at a member’s private home. The home we will meet at is located near Wake Forest Animal Hospital on Durham Rd in Wake Forest. The exact address will be provided in the Monday Member Email, text reminder, and private Facebook group.
