And we have used those stories to connect with one another. \nThis Solstice\, join Courtney for an evening of storytelling\, connection and gentle movement to commemorate the winter season and to celebrate your womanhood. \nWhat To Expect: \nThe evening will begin with a welcoming winter tea and time for connection. Next\, you’ll be guided through a relaxing yoga practice and reflective meditation. \nAfter yoga\, you’ll have the opportunity to tell your story and listen to those of the women around you.
