Join Carrington Razook-Jackson for Indoor Sunday Yoga\, a practice that uses movement\, breath\, and stillness to re-center and replenish ourselves\, and to remember that we are better together. \nThis is an open-level and vinyasa-based class\, with room for agency\, reflection\, personal expression of the poses and discernment. \nBring a yoga mat\, towel and water bottle. \nWhile free to attend\, space is limited. Registration is required. “Tickets” go live 2 weeks prior to event date.
