The Expert

Tiffany Blake

Bio/Description

Hi, I'm Tiffany, a passionate dual-credentialed educator with a journey that started in 2009 in California. I’ve worn many hats—supporting students from all walks of life and guiding future educators as a Master Teacher. My path led me to North Carolina, where I became a Behavioral Support Teacher, creating inclusive learning spaces, and later, a Special Education Department Chair, where I advocated for diverse student needs.

I eventually decided to step away from the classroom to focus on educational advocacy, always driven by honesty and transparency. My goal is to do what’s best for students, even if it means challenging the norm.

About ConnectEd Advocates:

At ConnectEd Advocates, special education is our passion.  We're here to support North Carolina's families through the IEP process—an experience that’s both personal and emotional.

We know advocates can sometimes get a bad rap, but our approach is different. We collaborate, empower families, and stay connected with schools and community resources. We’re respectful, transparent, and firm, always ready to go to bat for the individual needs of each child.
