Charryse Johnson, LCMHC, NCC is a speaker, consultant, and nationally certified counselor with over 15 years of experience. Currently she holds a BA in Human Development and Family Studies, an MA in Professional Counseling, and PhD in Counseling Psychology. She is the founder of Jade Integrative Counseling and Wellness, a clinical practice that promotes mental health and well-being through integrative approaches backed by research and neuroscience. Charryse is extensively trained in crisis, trauma, and mind-body approaches, and consistently integrates yoga, Brainspotting, and mindfulness in her work with others. Charryse has been selected as an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine this year, and in Fall 2021 she released her first book, Expired Mindsets: Releasing Patterns that No Longer Serve you Well.

Charryse enjoys shopping, yoga, cycling, and time spent with family. She and her husband Randy have been happily married for over 22 years and have two children, Cierra and R.J.
