I’m Ally, birth doula in Raleigh, NC. I am a wife and mommy to two (almost three) beautiful babies. You’ll almost always find me hanging out with my family, my pup, and my plants (the ones I’ve managed to keep alive anyway). I love iced coffee no matter the weather, weight lifting, and baking. I believe laughter is the best medicine, and family is the most important thing in life.

I became a doula to be a support person and advocate for mothers-to-be, and empower them to stand up for themselves during childbirth and throughout their entire pregnancy. I have a passion for helping women realize their strength through pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding.

While working with me, you will get education and support throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. I provide unwavering care and support through your entire labor and childbirth process, and will answer questions, hold space, and help you realize your own strength.

With me as your doula, I’ll be your birth bestie, your hype girl, and most importantly, your advocate.
