I'm Claire - a qualified perinatal counsellor & mother. I've worked with hundreds of parents struggling in silence & it's my mission to make early parenthood a bit more fun and a bit less sh*t.

Whether you're expecting your first baby & want to be prepared (go you!), or the early years of parenthood are smacking you in the face - I'm here for you.

I offer counselling for parents, trauma-informed birth debriefs, & parenting support programs. I also run an online postpartum prep course called Beyond Birth.

I'm passionate about caring for parents through an inclusive lens which names and unpacks the cultural systems that impact our experience of parenting.
