I honor the courage and vulnerability it takes to make the decision to explore therapy and seek support. I am grateful that you have made your way here. I believe that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, understood, and valued. As a therapist who specializes in maternal mental health, I support individuals in their transition into motherhood, and in gaining insight on their new and shifted identities in relation to motherhood. I support my clients in establishing awareness of patterns, breaking generational cycles, and increasing confidence in parenting and within self. I support my clients in increasing self awareness, building self confidence, and self compassion.

I have advanced training and certification in Perinatal (prenatal, postpartum and maternal) mental health and specialize in maternal mental health and maternal identity. I also am an IFS Level One Trained Therapist. I have competency in supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and in working with individuals with complicated relationships with their own mothers.
