At Present Moment Counseling and Present Parent Coaching, I provide support for all women, specializing in motherhood, women's issues, anxiety & depression, perinatal, pregnancy, & postpartum, parenting, Autism and ADHD. I also offer virtual moms groups. I have worked with moms for almost 15 years, and am a mother myself. I am solutions-focused and want to help you feel better NOW, then work through the rest.

Therapy services for moms are available in Missouri and Illinois. Parent coaching services are available worldwide!
