Anna is a Maryland-based LCPC and Perinatal Mental Health-Certified psychotherapist specializing in attachment-focused trauma therapy, incorporating Parts Work/IFS, Brainspotting, and EMDR. With specialized training and experience, Anna supports survivors of sexual violence, complex trauma, and interpersonal/relational trauma, particularly as they navigate new parenthood. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible, profoundly influencing how we nurture our children and engage within our families and communities.

Anna frequently works with self-reliant women managing the challenges of family, career, and relationships, guiding them out of survival mode to rediscover joy and fulfillment. She utilizes somatic tools to resource clients' nervous systems, fostering a reconnection to their sense of self and enabling a more wholehearted, authentic life. In her practice, she emphasizes the importance of widening capacity to 'be with' all aspects of our human experience as central to trauma work.

She empowers them to enhance assertiveness, establish boundaries, and harness their inner wisdom throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Anna also offers addiction recovery and sobriety support and works with partners.
