We are a small group practice that focuses on Eating Disorders, OCD and Maternal Mental Health. We practice from a relational, feminist and anti-oppression lens- recognizing the ways systemic oppression is inextricably tied to our personal and collective mental health. We feel deeply passionate about this work from our own lived experience and find so much meaning in helping others find the freedom they are longing for!
