Hi! I am glad you're here. My name is Kristi, and I am a therapist in Pasadena, CA. I am also a feminist, mother, and cat lover. I provide in-person and virtual psychotherapy in Pasadena, CA. I approach my clients with a Relational, Trauma Informed, Psychodynamic, Somatic, and Feminist lens. What that means is that I understand that it can be hard to be a human in this world, and I try to meet you where you are. Sometimes emotions can appear within the body and paying attention to them can give clients more information than focusing on thoughts and feelings alone.

In addition to specializing in Maternal Mental Health issues, I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and competent, Body Positive, Sex Worker Positive, Kink Friendly, and work with folks in Open Relationships/Non-Monogamy.
