I believe pelvic floor dysfunction is not just a physical issue but also an emotional and mental issue that is impacting how someone functions in their life. My goal is to help every client regain strength, function and confidence in their bodies. I look at therapy from the perspective that the client is in the drivers seat and I am along for the journey giving them directions to have a better experience. I strive to empower my clients through education and learning about their bodies so that they can find recovery within themselves. I see all women with all different pelvic floor dysfunction issues including incontinence, pelvic pain, and c-section recovery, to name a few.
