Soy Latina, first-generation Mexican American, and native Spanish speaker. My lived experience deeply informs my work as a therapist. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens, recognizing that we all bring unique experiences to the table.
If you feel trapped in constant overthinking, intrusive thoughts, or endless "what if" scenarios. Your brain may be stuck in unhelpful patterns, reacting to past experiences as if they’re still happening. Together, we can help your mind process these experiences in a new way—reducing emotional intensity, strengthening resilience, and creating space for healing. Whether it’s navigating anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or the weight of inner conflict, I see you—and you’re not alone.
As a Texas based, Spanish bilingual and online OCD Therapist, sessions with me focus on achieving your goals to grow your tolerance of stress, reduce compulsive behaviors that don’t align with your values, and foster resilience. By gaining coping skills and self-compassion through online therapy, you can transform inner conflict into strength.
I have spent a lot of time focusing on perinatal work and I know how hard it can be to find to find a bilingual perinatal therapist. It is my goal to make you feel heard and understood, without a language barrier. I use a variety of interventions, such as IFS therapy, ACT, ERP and EMDR therapy, that are attachment based and trauma responsive.
