With over 15 years of experience, our clinicians specialize in perinatal mental health, trauma, EMDR, and couples counseling—blending science-based care with holistic approaches like mindfulness and somatic techniques.
We honor the weight of past experiences while empowering clients to heal with resilience and self-compassion. In addition to therapy, Sarah provides clinical supervision and EMDR consultation, supporting fellow therapists in their growth.
