My practice offers in person (Carroll Co. Maryland) and virtual therapy (Maryland) to moms who are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, guilty, anxious, "not good enough," lost in their identity, feeling unsupported in motherhood, default parent stress, or grieving a loss.

My practice space is a "she shed" style office space which offers a welcoming, safe feel to the therapy environment.

I also offer support groups throughout various times of the year. Group topics have included: highly sensitive moms, postpartum support, beyond the first year support, and mom brain support.
