Every month we will put forth three personal challenges for you! You can accept one, two or all three of the challenges and make them your focus for the month. We aim to hit on every facet of your life over the course of the year, with the purpose of bringing more health, enjoyment, and self-care into your life.
Please share your wins (and misses) with us each month in the Member Facebook Group! Share with us what you’re doing and how it’s going. Your stories can help other moms find the motivation to try something new and help each of us stay accountable as we reach for our goals.
The October challenges have you getting out in nature, being creative in the kitchen and doing breathwork!
Each challenge is discussed in depth within the October Challenge Action Plan PDF.
This month we challenge you to improve your health and get at least 120 minutes in nature a week. That means you should spend a minimum of 20 minutes in nature EVERY DAY!
Pick one day each week in which you will try a new recipe, a new food, or a new cuisine. Make it a fun opportunity for bonding and involve your family in the process.
Focus on a breathwork practice this month. Find a time that works for you and stick to it!
