Virtual Hormone Yoga Workshop w/ HER Expert Bridgette Shaw-Bane

Improve focus, increase your energy, get your digestive juices flowing and keep your joints moving with more ease, all in just 5 minutes.

The sequence we will learn is the warm up of a bigger practice called Hormone Yoga, HY. Learning the warm up will give you a taste of the full practice which needs to be done 4x a week to experience results. However, the warm up alone will give you all the benefits listed above pretty much immediately. If you would like to move forward and learn the full practice, we will share options for that during our time together. Because stress plays such a huge role in our symptom management, I will also share some simple practices to help you find calm in the chaos.

The full practice of HY is about 30 mins and it is a set sequence of yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditations adapted to help you ease the symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Whether you are a new mom and hormones are trying to regulate, you are dealing with severe PMS, PMDD, hyperthyroidism, PCOS or you are a mom in perimenopause, this practice helps ease or eliminate most symptoms. It will also help you increase your milk supply!

Meet Bridgette!
Bridgette Shaw-Bane is a Senior Teacher and Sadhaka Yogini in the ISHTA lineage and has been studying and practicing yoga for nearly 30 years and teaching for 25. She specializes in stress reduction through the perimenopause years and beyond and has been running Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainings for 14yrs. Her journey into motherhood came as perimenopause was charging in and though her training and practices were strong, they weren’t quite enough for this time of life. So, Bridgette began focusing specifically on how to cultivate balance during what can be an incredibly tumultuous time for many women and has eliminated most of her symptoms and now shares strategies and practices with other women so that they can do the same.
