This online workshop is hosted by Erin Baute and Dr. Mbong Henry.
Erin Baute, owner of Living the Enneagram, helps entrepreneurs, business owners, managers, and influential people find their way back from the personality burnout experienced when coping strategies get overused and intuition ignored. She uses a unique framework that includes a personality model, stress management techniques, and behavior change to help clients find their way back from burnout and make lasting changes that will support their whole self, in life and work.
Dr. Mbong, owner of Radiance Physical Therapy, is a doctor of physical therapy specializing in orthopedics, pelvic, and obstetric health of all women in addition to supporting women as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach. As a busy mom of 3, a runner, CrossFit athlete, she understands the demands that modern women face when it comes to staying active, being present with family, and managing a full schedule without burnout!
