She blends ancient wisdom with modern insight to guide deep feelers, spiritual seekers, and sensitive achievers through cycles of transformation.

Tristen holds a Master of Business Administration and dual bachelor’s degrees in History and International Studies. Her healing framework integrates astrology, Human Design, chakra work, collage, and ritual — supported by over 1,000 hours of training in herbalism, Reiki, yoga, and energy medicine.
