Join us for a free private class at the hottest new studio in town!
We will be taking a TR45 class. This is Total Row’s signature class. TR45 is 45 minutes of rowing intervals, HIIT strength training, and fast-paced fun. We will incorporate different tools such as kettle bells, suspension bands, and the always-fun slam balls, to keep the workout fun and challenging. This is your complete workout plan, all in one easy to follow and fun class!

Tidal Movement Workout & Donations for National Forest Foundation

We can’t think of a better way to spend a Saturday morning! Join us for a fun outdoor (socially distanced) Tidal Movement Workout with HER Circle perk partner, Current Wellness. Be sure to use your March perk to sign-up for the class for free!
We will be accepting donations before and after class for The National Forest Foundation’s Tree Planting Campaign. $1 plants one tree on a National Forest in need of tree planting. And, for every $1 invested, the U.S. Forest Service provides $2 of value in project support and implementation.
If anyone is feeling up for it we will grab a socially distanced cup of coffee somewhere nearby afterwards.

This high-energy nonstop dance workout will have any level dancer (or dancer-to-be) gettin’ their groove on! Repetitive but funky-fresh hip-hop moves set to the glorious music of the 90’s are designed to get you sweating without even realizing you are working your “b-double-o-t-y-oh-my”! Doing the Tootsee Roll, Running Man and other favorites is “gonna make you sweat” with a smile!
