The Expert
Holly Moore
I work with individuals and couples who are seeking to move through challenging feelings, thoughts and behaviors so that they can establish relationships and habits that feel grounded. My support is both compassionate and direct where the relationship between therapist and client is central. We work to move beyond the "why" and towards the "now what" phases of change. I provide a safe and collaborative space. I have a special interest in neurodiversity, parenting, repairing from burnout, easing anxiety for all neurotypes, and ADHD.
As both a trained therapist and school psychologist, I understand the immense diversity within each of us and seek to develop support that is unique to your needs. Sessions often incorporate strategies to reduce distress through modalities such as EMDR, parts work and ACT. I am trained in SPACE, which is a specific program supporting parents of children with anxiety and OCD. I am living in a neurodivergent home thus, am practical in my strategies and relatable in practice. I truly believe we have what we need in us and that therapy offers a platform to identify and highlight what already exists.
