Hey, I'm Reanna! I believe harmony is the balance of mind, body, and spirit as well as the balance of nutrition as a science and an art.  With so much information at our fingertips, it can be overwhelming to feel confident that your food choices are helping you live your best life. My goal is to empower you to define your unique lifestyle of harmony that includes your food preferences, managing health conditions, and working towards your goals.

As a registered dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences, I use evidence-based research to create a nutrition plan with you at the center. My passion is taking nutrition recommendations for gut health, hormonal health, and other health conditions and breaking them down to more easily understandable and actionable information. So, whether you come with specific areas you know you want to work on or you can't quite pinpoint why you haven't felt your best in a bit, we will work together to determine the role nutrition and lifestyle plays.
